New Safety Protocols are in place to help keep our clients and trainers safe. Please review them before coming to Lesson #1.

Students will be required to sign a COVID-19 Health & Safety Waiver at their first lesson.

WHAT TO BRING:

Dogs can be on a buckle collar, head halter, harness (prefer those with ring in the front). We do not allow the use of choke chains, prong (pinch) collars or shock collars in or on our facilities.

A regular 6 foot nylon or leather leash. Not those that are retractable, slip or bungee type leads.

We recommend that you do not feed your dog before class. Instead, put some of their food into a treat pouch together with lots of tasty treats to reward them with during training.

If you don’t have a treat pouch, wear clothing with deep pockets to hold your reward mixture.

ATTENDANCE:

In order to ensure students maintain a safe 6 foot distance from others and to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, only 1 person can attend with each dog. Adult family members are welcome to alternate who brings their dog each week. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years of age.

ARRIVAL:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class and toilet your dog outside on the grassy area while you are waiting. Please practice social distancing at all times.

PLEASE BRING A FACE MASK as it is mandatory to wear one in the building. Entrance will not be permitted without it.

We have removed all chairs to further reduce contact with surfaces. Please leave non-essential items in your car.

Our new safety protocols require more time to get people into class so PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME.

IN CLASS:

The trainer will direct you to the hand sanitizer station where you will be required to sanitize your hands. They will then show you where you will be working with your dog during class. The floor has been taped off. Please stay within your assigned boundary unless otherwise indicated by the trainer.

Dogs will not be permitted to interact with other dogs or people in our facility. This also teaches them to focus on their owner and not other distractions.

Your class will be 45 minutes in length. When the class is finished, the trainer will direct you out, one at a time. Please leave the building quickly as another class will be entering shortly after yours.

RETAIL:

Please be aware that we no longer accept cash. Products can only be purchased by credit card.

MISSED CLASS?

You will be emailed a copy of our e-booklet on the day your class is scheduled to start. The e-booklet contains all of the lessons for each week. Should you miss a lesson, refer to that lesson in your e-booklet and work with your dog at home during the week. Due to limited class size, you will not be able to make up the missed lesson in another class.
